Category 1 - Funding / Sponsorship

• Title Sponsor to benefit from "Green" program affiliation and public exposure as a zero emissions supporter, great for annual reports, need not be racing type company
• Secondary sponsor companies for support funding and "Green" exposure - TBD
• Personal sponsors for Chip - leathers, helmet, safety gear - TBD

Category 2 - Engineering

• 3D Laser Scanning services to digitize race parts for our Pro-E designer - quoted at $1500 to scan our frame, swingarm and forks into a .STL file for our Pro-E - HELP!
• Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis services for optimizing our bodywork
• Wind tunnel time and analysis for optimizing streamlining bodywork
• Traction control design services - adapting current traction control strategies and algorithms to run on our motor controller
• Gerotor and hydraulic system design services - we have identified several hydraulic pumps made by Parker that we need to obtain - HELP!
• Electrical engineering, AC motor drives

Category 3 - Fabrication

• Carbon fiber fabrication of structural parts and bodywork
• TIG welding of aluminum and titanium
• Machining of aluminum and titanium parts from detailed engineering drawings

Category 4 - Race Parts

• Brembo rotors, master cylinder, calipers
• Lightweight wheels - Marvic, Marchesini, BST
• Data acquisition system and sensors, dashboard
• Titanium fastners and components
• Clip-ons, frame savers

Category 5 - Testing

• Dyno time for tuning and developing control algorithms for the electric motor controller
• Track time for live on-track testing
• Track support - trailers, towing, logistics
